The Change Requests page allows users to track their own submissions and enables Administrators or Managers to review and authorize modifications to the organizational database.
Navigating the Interface
The page is split into two primary tabs to separate your responsibilities from your personal activity:
- Requests to Approve: A list of pending updates from other members that require your action.
- My Change Requests: A personal log of updates you have submitted for your own profile or for your direct reports.
Understanding the Request Table
Each entry in the list provides critical context at a glance:
- Employee: The name of the individual whose data is being updated.
- Approval Rule: Indicates the logic being applied (e.g., "Custom workflow"), which dictates who must sign off on the change.
- Status: The current stage of the request (e.g., a blue "Pending" tag indicates action is still required).
- Created: The exact timestamp when the request was first submitted.

Monitoring & Filtering Requests
To manage high volumes of data efficiently, use the built-in filters located at the top of the table:
- Status Filter: Toggle between Pending, Approved, or Rejected requests.
- Select Employee: Search for requests related to a specific individual in the hierarchy.
- Date Range: Narrow down requests by the date they were created using the calendar picker.

Pro-Tip for Approvers
If you are a System Administrator or a Manager with approval privileges, follow these steps to process a request:
- Review: Locate a request in the Requests to Approve tab.
- Inspect Details: Click on the request row to view the "Before" and "After" data values.
- Action: Choose to Approve (applying the change to the live Org Chart/Profile) or Reject (reverting the change and notifying the submitter).

Note on System Security: Only the System Administrator can modify the workflow rules that determine which fields require approval.
