The Change Requests page allows users to track their own submissions and enables Administrators or Managers to review and authorize modifications to the organizational database.

To manage high volumes of data efficiently, use the built-in filters located at the top of the table:

Pro-Tip for Approvers

If you are a System Administrator or a Manager with approval privileges, follow these steps to process a request:

  1. Review: Locate a request in the Requests to Approve tab.
  2. Inspect Details: Click on the request row to view the "Before" and "After" data values.
  3. Action: Choose to Approve (applying the change to the live Org Chart/Profile) or Reject (reverting the change and notifying the submitter). </aside>
